Dan’s daughter, Jamie, opted to get married at a resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico rather than here in Oregon. It really was a stroke of genius. The resort was all-inclusive (meaning you never had to pay for anything at the resort’s restaurants, bars, or anything). It was absolutely fantastic. The resort was beautiful and so much fun. The food was excellent, and it was gorgeous along the coastline.

The wedding was simple, elegant, and beautiful. I have NEVER cried at a wedding. But when Dan gave away his daughter I have to admit that I cried. And when Jamie gave her vows, her voice cracked and she cried as she spoke her vows. As weddings go, it was pretty incredible.
